Benefits & ServicesTranscriptsThe Office of the Registrar will provide an official transcript upon request. The transcript is an official record of the student's entire tenure at Columbia. It reflects all coursework and grades per term for each school attended within the University. There is no fee for this service. Transcripts cannot be produced for anyone whose record has been put on hold for an outstanding University obligation. Non-current students who attended Columbia after 1982 may use the Registrar's Transcript Request form. Non-current students who attended before 1982 may only obtain their transcript(s) by mail.
