The Alumni Career Development Department, along with The Center for Career Education, offers:

• Individual career counseling
• Career development programs and workshops
• Career information and resources
• Access to a network of graduate students, alumni, employers and organizations who can generate opportunities
• Access to a dynamic Alumni Career Development team ready to assist in every aspect of career management, from career transitions and career planning to self-assessment and job search skills and tools

The success of these programs hinges on alumni who share their stories, volunteer as panelists, post job and internship opportunities, and participate in networking events. Alumni are also encouraged to post a profile at Columbia Career Connections, provide shadowing and other experiential experiences, and to serve as a Columbia champion at their organization.
