As the country reckons with the systemic racism and inequality that pervades our society, corporate America continues to lack diversity at the upper-management and c-suite levels. In order to address this issue, leaders need to be willing to engage in difficult conversations about inequalities in the workplace and the implications for marginalized groups. In this AlumniTALK, a panel of executives will examine the barriers that professionals in marginalized groups face when seeking advancement at top firms across industries, and will explore transformative solutions.

Panelists: Jaime Prieto CC'83 | Global Client Leader, WWP George L. Van Amson CC'74 | Managing Director, Morgan Stanley Sheena Wright CC'90, LAW'94 | President and CEO, United Way of New York City Moderated by Judge Joseph Greenaway, Jr. CC’78 | United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; Columbia University Trustee
