The CCAA invites you to enjoy the premier event in the AlumniTALK series, The Value of Mindfulness in Challenging Times with meditation expert and teacher Joseph Goldstein CC'65.

Goldstein, in conversation with Mila Atmos CC'96, SIPA'05, will discuss how mindfulness can help relieve anxiety in periods of high stress and will share guidance on how to practice mindfulness.

Goldstein is the co-founder of the Insight Meditation Society and the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies and leads meditation retreats around the world.

This talk brings his knowledge and insight, gained over 50+ years of practicing meditation, directly to you in your home. Don't miss this exclusive and unique opportunity!

Participants are invited to submit questions to ccalumni@columbia.edu for the Q&A portion of the discussion.

Free and open to all Columbia College alumni. Webinar links will be shared upon registration.
