Carman Hall, 545 W. 114 St., New York, NY 10027 Carman Lounge
The Center for the Core Curriculum
The idea behind the series is to provide a space for Core professors to have an intimate and informal conversation with a small group of students about a book that had a deep impact on their life. Because we are trying to create a cozy atmosphere, the event will be open only to the first forty students who sign up. We are delighted to have David Helfand, Chair of Frontiers of Science, as the speaker for this event. Since the event is small and we expect that more people would like to attend than we can accommodate, please only RSVP if can really be there.
Snacks will be provided.
