DESCRIPTION Join CCYA for a hands-on pasta experience. Ristorante Morini's chef, Arthur Lee, will demonstrate the dough making process, different shapes, and usages of a variety of pastas. Following the interactive course, enjoy the fruits of your labor with a 3-course lunch featuring two of the pastas demonstrated in class.
