Center for Undergraduate Global Engagement

Join the Center for Undergraduate Global Engagement's Global Learning Ambassadors as they discuss "Being a Minority Abroad." This workshop will guide BIPOC students as they engage with and embark on terms of study in foreign countries where dialogue about race, diversity, equity, and inclusion may not be comprehensive. In this talk, GLAs will share topics ranging from facing racial discrimination abroad to getting haircuts in foreign countries and growing closer with their identities in a foreign setting. Students preparing to study abroad and those interested in future opportunities are welcome to attend.
