Interested in 3D printing but have no idea where to start, think you need to be a STEM genius, or need a lot of money to get started? Think again. Join Residence Hall Director (RHD) Jacqueline Atkins for an introduction to 3D printing. Jacqueline has no stem background and so we promise you don’t need to be an engineer to understand what she is going to say. Learn about two different types of 3D printers, what you need to get started with 3D printing, what you can actually make with a 3D printer, how to get started making prints, where to find fun files (before learning to make your own), and resources on campus for those who want to learn more. This event is only open to CC and SEAS undergraduate students.
