RHD Jacqueline Atkins will lead a 2-hour interactive, values-based strengths workshop to explore the differences between fixed and growth mindsets. Students will leave the session better understanding of how their values impact their leadership style. Unlike talent-based strengths which we are born with, values-based strengths change with new experiences. Students will examine how their values have changed over time and how that impacts their leadership style. Students will learn strategies for working with individuals who have different values-based strengths. This workshop will introduce the VIA Character Assessment. Students must bring a device that can assess the internet to take the self- assessment (a laptop is recommended).
