Interested in learning more about the emerging field of public humanities? Hear from the Columbia faculty director about how this virtual program provides students with an introduction to modern Greek history and culture, hands-on experience with the methods and tools of public-facing research, and supervised guidance to develop and pursue independent projects using Greece as a vantage point to engage issues in social justice, democracy, and community building. Students from a broad range of disciplines are encouraged to apply. This program is sponsored and funded by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Public Humanities Initiative (SNFPHI).
