Many companies have developed diversity recruitment programs and initiatives to enhance their efforts in creating a more diverse pipeline of talent with students from underrepresented groups. These groups include individuals who self-identify as members of racial groups like Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC), women, LGBTQ and/or individuals with disabilities. If you are interested in growing your professional experience, sign up to meet with employers that are actively recruiting candidates and learn more about what these programs and initiatives may have to offer you.
