Many companies have developed diversity recruitment programs and initiatives to enhance their efforts in creating a more diverse pipeline of talent with students from underrepresented groups. These groups include individuals who self-identify as members of racial groups like Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC), women, LGBTQ and/or individuals with disabilities.
