<h5><strong><strong>MD Program</strong></strong></h5>
<p>The school strives to create an environment in which students prepare for a future in which scientific knowledge, societal values and human needs are ever changing.</p>
<h5><strong><strong>DREW/UCLA</strong></strong></h5>
<p>The Drew/UCLA Medical Education Program was established in 1978 between the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in south Los Angeles and the UCLA School of Medicine.</p>
<p><strong>PRIME-LA</strong></p>
<p>PRIME-LA is a 5-year dual degree program focusing on the development of leaders in medicine who will improve health care delivery, research, and policy in underserved communities</p>
<p>MSTP </p>
<p>The Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP) is dedicated to educating and training exceptionally qualified individuals for careers in the biomedical and socio-medical sciences.</p>
<p><strong><a href="https://medschool.ucla.edu/apply/body-apply.cfm?id=2666" target="_blank">The UCLA/DREW Summer Health Professions Education Program (SHPEP)</a></strong> is a six week summer enrichment program targeting educationally and financially disadvantaged community college students while also accepting a number of 4-year college students.</p>
<p><a href="https://medschool.ucla.edu/apply/body-apply.cfm?id=2667" target="_blank"><strong>The UCLA Pre-medical Enrichment Program (UCLA PREP)</strong></a> is a one week nonresidential summer program that aims to provide promising pre-medical students from educationally and financially disadvantaged backgrounds, with the means of strengthening their ability and readiness to study medicine.</p>
<p><a href="https://medschool.ucla.edu/apply/body-apply.cfm?id=2665" target="_blank"><strong>The UCLA Re-Application Program (UCLA RAP)</strong></a> is an eleven-month post-baccalaureate program offered by the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, designed to assist promising students from disadvantaged backgrounds who were previously unsuccessful in gaining admission to a U.S. medical school.</p>
