Center for Career Education, East Campus Building, Lower Level CCE Conference Room
The Center for Career Education (CCE) will hold a panel and networking session for employers offering leadership programs at their firms. This event is intended to be educational and will include companies from various industries. The session will highlight the value of the training, mentorship, and experience that leadership programs afford interns and entry-level hires early on in their career.
Leadership development and rotational programs provide you with in-depth experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across a range of business areas within a company. Companies usually use these types of programs to hire interns or post-graduates and train them through rotational programs (i.e. rotating through different parts of a company) or specific, structured training programs. The goal is to recruit and develop leaders for their organization.
