In partnership with Lean In @ CU, join us for a female-focused panel event with networking (and food) together at Columbia with Columbia and Barnard students. Learn what day-to-day life is like at IBM and meet with members of the Global Business Services (consulting) team.
Suggested Attire: Business Casual
The Women@IBM panel will discuss the pros/cons/challenges that women face in the predominantly male profession of consulting. We will explore how this may differ at IBM from other companies and the panelists' experiences when it comes to being a female in consulting at IBM. This will be an interactive session where students can ask questions and converse with the panelists.
