Canon Collins Trust invites applications from students from southern Africa (South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Swaziland, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Angola, and Mozambique) for scholarships for postgraduate study in 2012-2013.

Scholarships are generally awarded only for one year Masters courses. Scholarships may cover full tuition fees, travel and living costs but may also award smaller amounts.

All scholarships are for postgraduate study in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) for one academic year.

Applications for all subject areas and UK universities will be considered.  Applicants must be able to demonstrate the impact that gaining the qualification will have on their community, country or the region.

Scholarships will only be awarded on confirmation that applicants have been offered a place at a UK university. At the time of applying for a scholarship applicants are expected to apply independently to the universities of their choice.
