The Robert H. One scholarship, in the amount of $10,000, may be awarded each year.  Candidates must be U.S. citizens in at least their junior year at an accredited university and intending to pursue undergraduate or graduate studies in science or engineering during the interval of the scholarship.

Candidates will be judged on their academic records; letters of recommendation; statement of intent; and past research, leadership, and participation in space-related science and engineering.
