Lime Connect Fellowships provide mentoring in the corporate recruiting process and other benefits to rising juniors with disabilities.
Each fellowship includes participation in an all-expense paid leadership and development symposium in New York City, access to partner companies through career workshops and networking events for potential summer internships, ongoing professional development and coaching for internship and career success, and a $1,000 award.
To be eligible, an applicant must be a current sophomore at a four-year university in the U.S., continuing full-time study in the following academic year, eligible to work in the U.S., and a person with a visible or invisible disability.
