The McDonald Conference for Leaders of Character (MCLC) at the United States Military Academy at West Point brings together students from around the world and challenges them to explore and share their unique leadership ideals in a diverse setting, under the guidance and mentorship of senior fellows from a broad spectrum of industries. This year's conference is themed "Opposition and Innovation: Taking Risks to Lead Change" with panels focusing on Expression, Structures, and Freedom/Ethics. Invitation is by university nomination only and is open to current undergraduate juniors and seniors in Columbia College, the School of General Studies, and the School for Engineering and Applied Sciences. To be considered, complete the application available on the OGP website (also available above), making sure to include a transcript, résumé/CV, a short bio (50-100 words), and a statement of no more than 500 words about why are you are interested in the MCLC and submit no later than the deadline of November 21, 2016 at 10:00am EST. Applications should be submitted electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org by the deadline or uploaded on the OGP website.
