Columbia University’s Office of Government and Community Affairs offers stipends to undergraduate students (in Columbia College, the School of Engineering and Applied Science, and the School of General Studies) who have secured summer internships in Congressional offices in Washington, D.C.

To be considered eligible, undergraduates must have secured (or be about to secure) an internship with a Congressional office in Washington.  There are no citizenship restrictions, but applicants must be receiving Pell Grants as part of their financial aid package at Columbia.

The Office of Government and Community Affairs offers periodic information sessions about this and other programs during the academic year.
