ELEN E4332y VLSI Design Laboratory Lab: 3. 3 pts. Prerequisites: ELEN E4321 or E6316 or EECS or E4340. Design of a large-scale deep submicron CMOS integrated circuit. The class may divide up into teams to work on different aspects of a single mixed-signal circuit. The chip(s) is fabricated for testing the following term. Lectures cover use of computer-aided design tools, design issues specific to the project(s), and chip integration issues.
