The Columbia Mentoring Initiative is an intergenerational mentorship program coordinated by Multicultural Affairs that connects first-years with alumni and upperclass mentors. By engaging with their mentees in CMI programming, mentors support the leadership and identity development, emotional health, academic success and community consciousness of new students.
