Join us for our first Columbia 101 program of the year with Columbia Health! Whether it's a conversation about substance abuse, how you can get better sleep, or how you can focus on your well-being, Alice! has you covered! Through one-on-one conversations, workshops, and student leader trainings, Alice! Health Promotion prioritizes well-being to create communities where students can be happy, healthy, and well at Columbia and beyond. Columbia 101 is a biweekly program series designed for first year undergraduate students in Columbia College and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences to learn about a variety of resources available at Columbia. The Residential Life Staff within the First Year Area will partner with a variety of departments across campus and bring them into the residence halls to host discussion based workshops. Registration is strongly encouraged!
