Join CU Nourish for a 25-minute screening of an episode from Explore Health called “Wellness,” with Wellness Council of America’s President, Ryan Picarella. The episode is about the active process of maintaining complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing. All proceeds will be going toward the Harlem Wellness Center, a nonprofit organization with the mission to educate, motivate and support life- long healthy living practices in Harlem, NY and beyond. The funds will help them buy farm shares from a local farm (Corbin Hill Food Projects) and deliver them to local food pantries and fridges which often only have shelf-stable foods that lack the nutrients present in vegetables and produce. *Registration closes 24 hours before the event* Raffle prizes: - 3 x $30 prize vouchers - 3 x $60 prize vouchers SIX winners will be chosen and will receive a prize voucher.
