<p>Always wanted to be able to fix a tear in your pants, or sew a button back on a jacket, but never learned how? This program will cover the basics, such as how to thread a needle, do simple stitches, and sew on a button. Join Residence Hall Director (RHD), Jacqueline Atkins, for a lunch and learn program on sewing basics. Fabric and sewing kits will be provided to those who register.&nbsp; Sign up is required as the sewing kits are limited.&nbsp; Kits will be picked up from the John Jay&nbsp;Lobby between 12:30pm and 1pm.&nbsp; Instructions will begin on Zoom at 1pm. No prior sewing experience is needed. Registration will close on Feb 25th, 2021 at 11:59pm.</p>
