Join Columbia Undergraduate Global Engagement and Columbia World Projects for the first in a Roundtable Series this spring to connect undergraduate students with Obama Foundation Scholars to discuss topics of global significance. Four Obama Scholars from Cameroon, Burundi, Paraguay, and Singapore will talk about their activism related to healthcare challenges that have global relevance. The Scholars are leading innovative efforts to improve healthcare access for women, democratize access to visual healthcare to improve academic performance, and deliver culturally responsive programs to improve health outcomes for vulnerable communities. Future Roundtable sessions will touch on civic and youth engagement in countries around the world. Dinner will be provided. Please RSVP to register your participation.
