Columbia Mentoring Initiative connects historically underrepresented first-year students with returning students (sophomores, juniors and seniors) from shared social identities, and connects all students with alumni. Student mentors provide guidance and support on how to navigate Columbia and successfully adjust to college life. The following list includes only Columbia College members.
