We often say that “College Walk doesn’t just extend from Broadway to Amsterdam, it extends around the world.” During Fiscal Year 2013–2014, we extended the Columbia College experience — on campus, across the city and around the world. We launched global programs, expanded residential life, enhanced advising programs, strengthened alumni-student connections, created entrepreneurial opportunities and enriched the academic experience. Students also extended their education beyond the classroom in so many ways.

The Columbia College Annual Report 2013–2014 celebrates our new programs and the people who made them possible. It shares the College’s accomplishments and student, alumni and faculty member achievements. It offers a glimpse of what happened along College Walk and shows you the global expanse of where students took advantage of opportunities. And it demonstrates how, thanks to the generosity of donors and volunteers, we extended the Columbia College experience on campus, across the city and around the world.
