Many alumni and students give of their time and efforts to raise money for the Columbia College Fund. They engage, inform and solicit classmates, with the goal of building support for the College. The Columbia College Fund and its volunteer community are led by co-chairs Nairi C. Balian ’88, P: ’16, ’22 and Jean-Marie L. Atamian ’81, LAW’84, P: ’12, ’14. They work closely with the College Fund staff and volunteers to provide strategic advice and general oversight. Atamian has held this role for five years, and Balian is the first female College Fund co-chair.
