Explore Early Career Pathways Across Industries

Join us for an interactive event designed to introduce you to early pathway, exploratory, and leadership development programs across a range of industries. If you are a first-year or second-year student — or simply curious about internship pathways — this showcase will help you learn how organizations structure programs that support emerging talent.

During the event, you will meet employer representatives from companies offering Early ID programs, sophomore leadership opportunities, rotational roles, and other early career pipelines. You will have the chance to ask questions, explore pathways across sectors, and engage directly with teams who support early talent.

Who Should Attend?

All undergraduate students enrolled in the following schools are welcome to attend:

  • Columbia College (CC)
  • Columbia Engineering (SEAS)
  • School of General Studies (GS)
  • Barnard College

Register on LionSHARE, powered by Handshake. Walk-ins welcome!

How to Prepare:

  • Research Companies: Learn about the companies attending in advance to make your conversations impactful.
  • Update Your LionSHARE Profile: Ensure your profile reflects your skills and experience — it’s often the first thing employers will see! Use the Handshake App to get started.
  • Polish Your Resume: Make sure your resume up to date and ready to share if you'd like to bring copies with you. Consider a resume workshop session with a CCE career counselor.
