I am a first-year student from Carmel, California. I am interested in biology, specifically ecology, marine biology, and physiology. In high school, I did research in biochemistry, pharmacology, and microbiology labs, and my passion for marine science developed while volunteering at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I am excited to continue pursuing my passion for research as an undergraduate student.
