I am interested in computational chemistry and biology. Recently, I used a polynomial homotopy continuation approach in order to solve systems of Laurent polynomials that yield the coordinates of atoms in crystal structures. Currently, I am working with Jacob Levine in Dr. Dana Pe’er’s lab to develop algorithms that implement quantitative models of high-dimensional single-cell data.
