I am intending to major in a subset of mathematics, physics, and computer science. My primary interests are in artificial intelligence, particularly in improving the performance of deep reinforcement learning algorithms in multi-task environments through explicit memory techniques and intrinsic exploration motivation. I have research experience in predictive bioinformatics and control aspects of autonomous robotics through the University of Chicago and the Toyota Technical Institute. I also have practical experience in web development, high performance distributed computing, compiler development, and over a dozen programming languages including Python and C++.
