Description:
I previously conducted research in a condensed matter physics lab at Farmingdale State College. There I researched ferromagnetic topological insulators in accordance with the Quantum Anomalous Spin Hall Effect (QASHE), developed inorganic oxide pigments, and used Density Functional Theory (DFT) to duplicate band-structure predictions made by the Materials Genome Project over the course of three summers. I am currently interested in research in condensed matter physics and particle physics.
