“The Almatini” Mocktail

- 2 Tb Blue Curaçao
- 1 Tb Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 8 oz lemon-lime seltzer, tonic, or club soda
- Sugar for rim
- Lime slice
- Optional garnish: mint sprig or a slice of lime

Run a thin slice of lemon or lime around the rim of a martini or highball glass, then dip the rim into a small dish of sugar. Stir in blue curaçao and lemon juice. Add seltzer or tonic. Top with a sprig of mint or a slice of lime and enjoy!

To make this a frozen drink, freeze mixture in a freezer-friendly container for 4-6 hours, stirring halfway through. Break up any clumps with a fork and enjoy immediately.
