Columbia College Committee on Instruction (COI)
The COI includes six tenured and one untenured faculty members from the various disciplines as well as two student representatives. Its responsibilities include oversight of the College's curriculum as well as the regulations and policies governing it.

Columbia College Committee on the Core Curriculum
The Committee on the Core Curriculum includes the chairs of each of the Core courses as well as two to three student representatives. Its responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the Core Curriculum. It reports to the Committee on Instruction.

Columbia College Committee on Science Instruction (COSI)
COSI includes faculty representatives from each of the science departments. Its responsibilities include oversight of the Science Requirement portion of the Core Curriculum as well as issues surrounding the teaching of undergraduate science. It reports to the Committee on the Core Curriculum.

Columbia College Committee on Major Cultures
The Committee on Major Cultures includes faculty representatives from departments whose curriculums focus on those non-Western civilizations represented in the requirement. Its responsibilities include oversight of the Major Cultures requirement. It reports to the Committee on the Core Curriculum.

Columbia College Committee on Honors, Awards, and Prizes (COHAP)
COHAP includes three faculty representatives. Its responsibilities include the final selection of students nominated or eligible for undergraduate honors, awards, and prizes, including College (Latin) honors and departmental honors.

Columbia College Committee on Study Abroad
The Committee on Study Abroad includes faculty representatives from each of the language departments. Its responsibilities include oversight of study abroad programs and policies. It reports to the Committee on Instruction.
