I'm very interested in how microorganisms affect their surrounding ecosystem and how we can implement these findings in our agricultural systems. Additionally, I'd like to further analyze the role that microbes play in Earth's biogeochemical cycles and how they can be used to mitigate the anthropogenic disruptions of these systems. I am also excited to get involved in environmental education within the New York City public school system.
