Dr. Jennifer Wilson completed her PhD in Slavic Languages and Literatures in 2014 at Princeton University where she also received a graduate certificate in Gender and Sexuality Studies. Her dissertation, "Radical Chastity: The Politics of Abstinence in Late 19th Century Russian Literature," investigated the nexus of socialism and non-reproductive sexuality in late imperial Russian culture. She recently received the 2015-2018 Postdoctoral Fellow for Academic Diversity at the University of Pennsylvania which will see her returning to her hometown of west Philadelphia.
