My current project examines a variation of the Expectations-Maximization algorithm. Specifically, i use this algorithm to look at probabilities of symptoms and syndromes of generalized epilepsy. I recently participated in the DIMACS REU program and will present the results of that research at the AAAI Spring Symposium at Stanford in March.
