I am mainly interested in condensed matter physics and theoretical physics. Both the theoretical and experimental sides of physics, which complement each other, fascinate me. This summer, I plan to work in Professor Philip Kim’s lab, which focuses on the mesoscopic investigation of transport phenomena – determining the electric, thermal, and thermo-electrical properties of low-dimensional nanoscale materials including carbon nanotubes and nanowires.
