DEAR MEMBERS OF THE GRADUATING CLASS OF 2021,

In a year like no other, you’ve accomplished one of life’s finest achievements— you’re a graduate of Columbia College, the greatest college at the greatest University in the greatest city in the world.

Anthony Argenziano

“Being at the College has always meant that everything happens between Broadway and Amsterdam, from 114th to 120th. From my freshman year to my senior days, I have always considered myself very lucky to live with and near those closest to me. So, this past semester, I’ve missed the get-togethers that ultimately shaped my social circles — long, late-night chats, games and pranks, parties and gatherings, time on the lawns, late-night grinds and Columbia sporting events. I miss my friends and the campus that was the straw that stirred the proverbial drink.

Ryan Watt

“In my time at Columbia, being surrounded by people smarter than I, I’ve made the realization that nobody owes me anything, and anybody can win on any given day; it’s just up to how prepared you are. I hope that the shared connection we have through Columbia will allow more of us to cross paths in the future, even as we head our separate ways. Stay in touch and reach out!”
