Cara Buono ’93 appears on the hit Netflix series Stranger Things, which debuted its second season on October 27. Buono plays Karen Wheeler, the mother of main characters Will and Nancy, in the Emmy-winning show.

Janice Min ’90, JRN’91 appeared on Real Time with Bill Maher on October 20 for the segment “Predators in Power.” Min, an Eldridge Industries strategist and the former co-president and chief creative officer of The Hollywood Reporter-Billboard Media Group, discussed the Harvey Weinstein scandal and workplace sexual harassment.

On October 20, Dr. Jennifer Ashton ’91, PS’00, HN’16 was named chief medical correspondent for ABC News. Ashton joined the ABC News medical unit five years ago and was most recently ABC News’ chief women’s health correspondent. Ashton, an ob/gyn, is also the author of three books, was a member of the daytime medical talk show The Doctors, and provides free gynecological care to female veterans.

Alicia Yoon ’04 appeared in Marie Claire’s November Power Issue as part of “New Guard 2017: Women Changing the World We Live In” for her work bringing innovative K-beauty products to the North American market.
