Join Columbia College Women for an inspiring evening dedicated to exploring how bold leadership can transform entire industries. Ursula M. Burns SEAS’82 will join Columbia Trustees chair emerita Lisa Carnoy CC’89, P: CC’26, CC’28 in conversation about Burns’ remarkable 38-year journey at Xerox, where she climbed the ranks from intern to the C-Suite. You’ll learn about the resilience, risk taking and vision required to lead a Fortune 500 company into a new era of success.

The evening will include opening and closing receptions with food and drinks in Columbia’s historic Low Library, allowing time for meaningful connection with fellow alumnae. In between, hear stories about navigating leadership amidst unpredictability, finding pathways to career reinvention at all stages of your journey, breaking down barriers and cracking corporate ceilings.

All alumni are invited to attend. RSVP required.
