Join us for our second annual cake-making class with Momofuku. This time, CCYA will be learning how to make their famous Dulce de Leche cake. This cake is layered with sweetened milk, gooey dulce de leche caramel and milk crumbs and topped with dulce de leche frosting. Basically the best version of a “tres leches” you've ever had!
