Columbia College Women is looking to offer a series of informal meetups for women of color to come together and discuss the unique issues they face in society, at Columbia and in the workplace. Led by alumni, these talks aim to foster community and allow for students to discuss and ask questions about race, discrimination, opportunities for change and also serve as a forum for them to raise concerns. We want to give students the opportunity to talk and get support and guidance from alumni and each other.
