Learn

Columbia College recognizes the world as a dynamic, vibrant environment that requires our alumni to continually adapt, grow and innovate in order to succeed. Through career support and lifelong intellectual stimulation, our alumni have continuing opportunities to think deeply, refine their skills and sharpen their thinking. With faculty-led classes and tours, Mini-Core Classes at Reunion or throughout the year, and alumni expert lectures that reveal the wisdom of our former students, our alumni can learn for life.

Join fellow Columbia alumni, parents, students and friends for Columbia Homecoming Weekend. Come back to campus for a Friday evening Kickoff Reception, then enjoy lunch under the Big Tent and family-friendly programs, then roar with the crowd as the Lions take the field against the Dartmouth Big Green.

Each spring, more than 1,500 young alumni (graduates of the last 10 years from all four of Columbia's undergraduate schools) enjoy Columbia's biggest annual party with an evening of eating, dancing and fun. The next Young Alumni Party will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019.

Alumni of all class years are invited back to Campus to see classmates and friends; to learn from faculty and alumni experts; and to see College Walk, Butler Library and the neighborhood where you grew up. If your class year ends in 4 or 9, you’ll enjoy Milestone receptions and dinners. If your class year ends in a different number, come for the weekend and be part of Columbia College again.
