Join CCYA for a hands-on pasta experience. Ristorante Morini's chef, Arthur Lee, will demonstrate the dough making process, different shapes, and usages of a variety of pastas. Following the interactive course, enjoy the fruits of your labor with a 3-course lunch featuring two of the pastas demonstrated in class.

Join CCYA for our annual cake-making class at Momofuku Milk Bar. This year, we will learn how to make its famous Birthday Cake. Layer vanilla funfetti cake, frosting and crumbs with your favorite childhood flavors, and then turn your cake scraps into scrumptious B’day Truffles.
