Join CCYA for a hands-on pasta experience. Ristorante Morini's chef, Arthur Lee, will demonstrate the dough making process, different shapes, and usages of a variety of pastas. Following the interactive course, enjoy the fruits of your labor with a 3-course lunch featuring two of the pastas demonstrated in class.

Join your fellow Columbia College Young Alumni for this exclusive 25-person hands-on mozzarella making (and tasting) class. The class is complete with house red and sparkling wines and all guests will receive additional mozzarella curd to take home.
