Reporter Jodi Kantor CC’96 Leads National Conversation About Sexual Misconduct

On October 5, 2017, Jodi Kantor CC’96’s  seminal article in The New York Times, co-authored with Megan Twohey, about the decades of sexual harassment complaints against Harvey Weinstein was published. It helped launch the national conversation about sexual misconduct that’s dominated the news cycle this fall, from scandals involving high-powered executives and celebrities to an outpouring of stories from women and men using the hashtag #MeToo. University Trustee Jonathan S. Lavine CC’88 honored at Alexander Hamilton Dinner

Columbia College awarded University Trustee Jonathan S. Lavine CC’88 the Alexander Hamilton Medal on November 16 at a black-tie dinner held in Low Rotunda. The medal is the highest honor awarded to a member or members of the College community for distinguished service to the College and accomplishment in any field of endeavor.
